( that's an interesting question. while karlach's focus has been on more artistic projects as develops her skills, there's no reason why she couldn't. she had certainly repaired plenty of windows in the past. )
it could if you need it to you got a smashed window somewhere? had a rough night?
make sure to tell them not to get startled when they see me!
see you soon
( and when karlach says soon, she means it. after what felt like ages upon ages of having to spend hours to get anywhere, she'd finally gotten her hands on an upgraded ring of returning. it's a small thing, just a ring, but it's a magic ring.
a magic ring that cuts hours off of her travel time.
it doesn't take her too long to show up where the floating garden is supposed to be docked. once she's inside, she introduces herself to a worker who escorts her to where emet-selch can currently be found. )
[ Emet-Selch, having no idea where Karlach may have been while they were talking, is only a little surprised to see she has arrived so quickly. He lifts a hand in return. ]
Greetings. My thanks for coming so soon.
[ He gestures towards the floating garden, moored at the dock beside him. The Phantom Moon itself can be glimpsed in the drydock a short distance over, being worked on.
A gangplank is already in place for them. ]
Shall we? I'm sure you'll find suitable inspiration from the garden.
[ The floating garden greenhouse contains a myriad of plants separated into medicinal, poisonous, and decorative beds. Emet-Selch makes a point of warning her about the poisonous area just in case.
Outside the greenhouse, there is a more open spot with bolted down chairs and tables (in case of turbulent waters). The flower beds here contain purely decorative blooms for visitors to enjoy as they relax. Currently, only plain glass surrounds the area and provides limited shelter from wind and rain. ]

The greenhouse will remain as it is of course, but I see no reason why the seating area should not also be pleasing to the eye.
